Bulgarian Trade with Third Countries in the Period January - November 2019 (preliminary data)
In the period January - November 2019 the exports of goods from Bulgaria to third countries increased by 4.5% compared to the same period of 2018 and amounted to 17 549.7 Million BGN while the imports of goods from third countries decreased by 12.5% and added up to 18 507.3 Million BGN.
In the period January - November 2019 the total value of all exported goods to third countries and EU amounted to 53 758.2 Million BGN, which is 3.7% more than the same period of 2018, while the total value of all imported goods from third countries and EU added up to 56 324.9 Million BGN and dropped by 2.9%.
Bulgarian Trade with EU in the Period January - October 2019 (preliminary data)
In the period January - October 2019 the Bulgarian exports to the EU grew by 3.4% compared to the same period of 2018 and amounted to 32 681.1 Million BGN while the imports from the EU increased by 2.6% and reached 34 112.7 Million BGN.
In October 2019 the exports to the EU increased by 4.8% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year and amounted to 3 632.0 Million BGN while the imports grew by 6.2% and added up to 3 903.0 Million BGN.
Activity of accommodation establishments in November 2019
In November 2019, 1 838 accommodation establishments - hotels, motels, camping sites, mountain chalets and other establishments for short-term accommodation with more than 10 bed-places were functioned in the country. The total number of the rooms in them was 53.7 thousand and the bed-places were 108.7 thousand. In comparison with November 2018, the total number of accommodation establishments (functioned during the period) decreased by 0.3%, and the bed-places in them - by 1.0%.
The total number of the nights spent in all accommodation establishments registered in November 2019 was 762.9 thousand, or by 11.4% more in comparison with the same month of the previous year.
The total revenues from nights spent in November 2019 reached 42.8 million BGN or by 12.0% more compared to November 2018.
Construction Production Indices in November 2019
According to the preliminary data, in November 2019 the index of production in section ‘Construction’ calculated on the base of seasonally adjusted data was 0.8% below the level of the previous month. In November 2019 the working day adjusted index of production in construction increased by 1.3% in comparison with the same month of 2018.
Turnover Indices in 'Retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles' in November 2019
According to the preliminary seasonally adjusted data in November 2019 the turnover in ‘Retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles’ at constant prices increased by 0.4% compared to the previous month.
Industrial Production Indices in November 2019
According to the preliminary data in November 2019 the Industrial Production Index, seasonally adjusted, fell by 1.0% as compared to October 2019. In November 2019 the working day adjusted Industrial Production Index decreased by 0.4% in comparison with the same month of 2018.

Production and Deliveries of Energy Products, October 2019
In October 2019 compared to September 2019 an increase is reported for the production of solid fuels - by 13.0%, unleaded motor gasoline - by 3.3%, transport diesel - by 10.1% and electricity - by 2.9%. No change for the production of liquefied petroleum gases and natural gas.
In October 2019 compared to September 2019 an increase is reported for the deliveries of solid fuels - by 14.2%, liquefied petroleum gases - by 2.6%, natural gas - by 14.4% and electricity - by 6.0%. A decrease is reported for the deliveries of unleaded motor gasoline - by 23.4%. No change for the deliveries of transport diesel.
Trips of Bulgarian Residents Abroad and Arrivals of Visitors from Abroad to Bulgaria in November 2019
In November 2019, the number of the trips of Bulgarian residents abroad was 438.3 thousand or by 2.8% above the registered in November 2018. The trips with other purposes (as a guest, education and visit the cultural and sport events) in November 2019 composed the greatest share of the total number of trips of Bulgarian residents abroad - 45.0%, followed by those with professional purpose - 28.2%, and with holiday and recreation purposes - 26.8%.
In November 2019, the number of arrivals of visitors from abroad to Bulgaria was 609.7 thousand or by 6.0% more in comparison with November 2018. In November 2019, the predominant share of the visits with other purposes was 47.3%, followed by trips with holiday and recreation purpose - 32.9%, and with professional purpose - 19.8%.
Producer Price Indices in Industry, November 2019
Total Producer Price Index in November 2019 increased by 0.2% compared to the previous month; compared to the same month of 2018 the prices rose by 2.8%. Producer Price Index on Domestic Market in November 2019 rose by 0.3% compared to the previous month; compared to the same month of 2018 the domestic prices grew by 4.0%.
