The agenda for the study visit covered a wide range of topics in the field of methodology and improvement of producer price indicators, more detailed introduction to the methods for collection of the necessary information, quality assessment, calculation of producer price indices in industry and services, functioning of the Short-term Business Statistics System as well as the future development of indices in regard to the requirements set out in the new Framework regulation integrating business statistics (FRIBS).
The Azerbaijani experts also visited Plovdiv, where they had the opportunity to get familiar with the work of the Regional Statistical Office - Yug, and the conduction of statistical surveys in the field of short-term business statistics at regional level.
