Over 400 officers of the central and regional offices of NSI will answer the citizens during the national population and housing Census between 7th September and 3rd October. In case of questions related to the questionnaire or technical hitches people could call *2021 or 02/907-84-30. NSI has a modern call centre to respond to the phone calls. Trained experts will answer the questions asked and the calls will be recorded. The feedback by people will enable NSI to improve the census process in a timely manner.
During the e-census between 7th and 17th September the call centre will work every day from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. From 18th September the second stage starts – the census with enumerators. Then people can call from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. as this will be also the working hours of the enumerators. On the above-mentioned phone numbers the citizens can check the identity of the enumerator in their section.
Calls to national number *2021 are possible from mobile and fixed numbers. For fixed network subscriber the call will be at the price rate of a city call. A mobile service user will pay the call at the price rate of a call within the network of the telecommunication operator they are subscribed to. The subscribers of Telenor and Vivacom mobile could use their free minutes if they have such. For subscribers of A1 the price rate to *2021 will be according to their subscription plan for the A1 network.
