The National Statistical Council (NSC) at the second meeting for this year, held on November 30, 2015, discussed and adopted the Report on the implementation of the National Statistical Programme and the Activity of the NSI in 2015.
The Draft National Statistical Programme for 2016 prepared by the NSI was discussed and adopted also. The National Statistical Programme envisages 248 statistical surveys and activities to be carried out by the National Statistical Institute and respectively 46 statistical surveys and activities - by the Bodies of statistics.
At the meeting the President of NSI focused on another important issue - the improvement of coordination within the National Statistical System.
