Training on Systems for Quality Management according to ISO 9001:2008 was carried out on the 2 and 3 of April 2015. The training was conducted in relation to the implementation of the activities set in the project entitled: ‘Improving the quality of services for citizens and businesses, establishment and implementation of clear, credible and unified procedures for development of electronic services through the implementation of a system for quality management according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard’, funded by the Operational Programme ‘Administrative Capacity’, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund. The aim of the training is the experts of the National Statistical Institute (NSI), to acquire the necessary knowledge of the System for Quality Management according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, in relation to its forthcoming implementation. Around 100 experts from the NSI’s Central Office and, Regional Statistical Office Yugozapad took part in the training.
