Experts from the National Statistical Institute participated in two-day training for ‘internal auditors’ on systems for quality management according to ISO 9001:2008 in relation to the OPAC project on building a system for quality management

On 9th and 10th March 2015 training for ‘internal auditors’ on systems for quality management according to ISO 9001:2008 was carried out. The training was conducted in relation to the implementation of the activities set in the project entitled: ‘Improving the quality of services for citizens and businesses, establishment and implementation of clear, credible and unified procedures for development of electronic services through the implementation of a system for quality management according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard’, funded by the Operational Programme ‘Administrative Capacity’, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund. The aim is the experts of the National Statistical Institute (NSI), who participated in the training, to acquire the necessary competencies and skills for planning, conducting and reporting the results of the audit of the systems of quality management. Over 20 experts from different directorates in the NSI took part in the training.
