The National Statistical Institute informs users of statistical information in the field of social statistics that the annual publication Health Services 2015 (in Bulgarian only) is already available.
The publication Health Services is a joint edition of the National Statistical Institute and the National Centre for Public Health and Analyses at the Ministry of Health.

The data sources are the statistical surveys carried out by the both institutions.

Population and Demographic Processes 2014

The NSI annual electronic publication Population and Demographic Processes 2014 is available for users of statistical information.

The issue is bilingual (Bulgarian/English) and contains detailed statistical information about the demographic state in the Republic of Bulgaria during the year of 2014. Data for the number and the structure of the population and for its natural movement and internal migration are published in the issue.

The National Statistical Institute has the pleasure to present of users on statistical information its new electronic publication Book publishing and Press 2014.

The publication contains statistical information on the development of publishing activity in Bulgaria by main indicators for 2014.

Data by some indicators, such as: titles; circulation; average circulation of books, pamphlets, newspapers, magazines and bulletins for the period 1960 - 2014, are also included.  In the publication are applied methodology notes and brief analysis.

The National Statistical Institute presents to the attention of users interested in social statistics the newest annual bilingual (Bulgarian and English) electronic publication Education in the Republic of Bulgaria 2015.

The publication contains main data from the five carried out annual comprehensive statistical surveys, which characterizing the activity of educational institutions in Bulgaria for the period from 2010/2011 to 2014/2015 school (academic) years.

The National Statistical Institute presents to users the annual electronic publication Employment and Unemployment - annual data 2014.

The bilingual (Bulgarian-English) issue includes annual average data from the Labour Force Survey. This survey is a sample statistical survey on households for examination of the economic activity of the population aged 15 years and over.

The methodology of the survey has been developed according to ILO and Eurostat recommendations.
