The National Statistical Institute presents the annual electronic edition Employment and Unemployment - annual data 2011 to its users.

The bilingual (Bulgarian-English) publication presents annual average data from the Labour force survey. The Labour force survey is a sample statistical survey on households for examination of the economic activity of the population aged 15 years and over.

The methodology of the survey has been developed according to ILO and Eurostat recommendations.

The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information the publication “Road Traffic Accidents in the Republic of Bulgaria 2011” (in Bulgarian only). The issue is a joint edition of the Ministry of Interior and the National Statistical Institute.

It contains tables with annual information about the road traffic accidents, killed and injured persons registered in Bulgaria during 2011, distributed by:

- districts and municipalities;

- nature of accidents;

- location and by class of road;

The publication Health Services is a joint edition of the National Statistical Institute and the National Centre for Public Health and Analyses at the Ministry of Health.

The data sources are the statistical surveys carried out by the both institutions.

The issue is bilingual (Bulgarian/English) and contains detailed statistical information about the demographic state in the Republic of Bulgaria during the year of 2010. Data for the number and the structures of the population and for its natural movement and internal migration are published in the issue.

The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information the electronic bilingual (Bulgarian/English) publication Household budgets in the Republic of Bulgaria 2010.

The NSI annual electronic bilingual publication Crimes and Persons Convicted 2010, containing data on crimes with penalty inflicted is available for users of statistical information. The issue includes data about the activity of regional, district and martial courts in penal cases of a general, private and administrative nature. Comparable data on crimes with penalty inflicted, as well as persons convicted with sentences in force for 1989 - 2010 period are also shown.

The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information the electronic bilingual (Bulgarian/English) publication Average Prices and Purchased Quantities of Main Foods and Non-Foods by Households for the 2001 - 2010 Period.

The National Statistical Institute presents the issued annual bilingual (Bulgarian-English) publication Book-publishing and Press 2010.

The publication contains statistical information on the development of publishing activity in Bulgaria by main indicators for 2010. The data for books and pamphlets are for the first nine months of 2010. Data for other three months of 2010 will be included in the survey in 2011.

The National Statistical Institute presents the issued annual bilingual (Bulgarian-English) electronic publication Education in the Republic of Bulgaria 2011 to the attention of users interested in statistical editions containing information in the field of social statistics.

The publication contains general data from the carried out five annual comprehensive statistical surveys, which characterizing the activity of educational institutions in Bulgaria for the 2006 - 2010 period.
