In the first quarter of 2025, the municipal authorities issued building permits for the construction of 2 084 residential buildings with 10 576 dwellings, 12 administrative buildings/offices and 1 080 other buildings.
Compared to the first quarter of 2024 the issued building permits for new residential buildings increase by 14.3%. The issued building permits for administrative buildings and other buildings have shown a decrease by 55.6% and 1.3%, respectively.
The construction of 1 431 residential buildings with 6 090 dwellings, 12 administrative buildings/offices and 576 other buildings has started.
As compared to the first quarter of 2024, the number of started new residential buildings increased by 3.0%, for administrative buildings - by 100.0%, and for other buildings - by 4.7%.
