The housing prices increased by 3.4% in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the previous one (first quarter of 2024). The highest increase was recorded in Ruse city (+13.2%), followed by Plovdiv (+5.3%), Sofia (+2.9%) and Burgas (+2.9%). A decrease was registered in Stara Zagora (-0.2%).
In the second quarter of 2024, compared to the second quarter of 2023, housing prices rose by 15.1%.
