Business Conjuncture, June 2019
In June 2019, the total business climate indicator decreases by 1.3 percentage points in comparison with May as a result of the more unfavourable business climate in industry, construction and service sector.
Trips of Bulgarian Residents Abroad and Arrivals of Visitors from Abroad to Bulgaria in May 2019
In May 2019, the number of the trips of Bulgarian residents abroad was 762.1 thousand or by 4.6% above the registered in May 2018. The trips with other purposes (as a guest, education and visit the cultural and sport events) in May 2019 composed the greatest share of the total number of trips of Bulgarian residents abroad - 39.1%, followed by those with holiday and recreation purpose - 33.5%, and with professional purpose - 27.4%.
In May 2019, the number of arrivals of visitors from abroad to Bulgaria was 946.7 thousand or by 0.9% more in comparison with May 2018. In May 2019, the predominant share of the visits with other purposes was 41.9%, followed by trips with holiday and recreation purpose - 38.4%, and with professional purpose - 19.7%.
Quarterly Labour Cost Index, First Quarter of 2019
Preliminary data of the NSI for the first quarter of 2019 indicate that the total hourly labour cost rose by 12.9% compared to the first quarter of 2018.

In-patient, Out-patient and Other Health Care Establishments as of 31.12.2018
The number of health establishments for hospital aid as of 31.12.2018 was 346 with 53 173 beds. 322 of them were hospitals with 50 927 beds.
The number of out-patient health establishments was 2 066 with 1 253 beds and other health establishments were 145 with 2 086 beds in them.
At the end of 2018 29 667 physicians were in practice under the basic labour contracts in health establishments. Dentists were 7 240, as 6 347 worked in practices that had signed contract with National Health Insurance Fund. Medical specialists on ‘Health cares’ who worked on a basic labour contract in health establishments were 46 332. 30 589 of them were nurses and 3 155 - midwives.

The consumer price index in May 2019 compared to April 2019 was 100.1%, i.e. the monthly inflation was 0.1%.
Agricultural Land Prices and Rents in Agriculture in the Republic of Bulgaria in 2018
The average price per one decar agricultural land reached BGN 941 in 2018, which was 7.9% higher than in 2017. The average rent price per one decar hired/leased agricultural land reached BGN 48 and was 4.3% higher than in 2017.
Trade in Goods of Bulgaria with EU in the Period January - March 2019 (preliminary data)
In In the period January - March 2019 the Bulgarian exports to the EU grew by 7.0% compared to the same period of 2018 and amounted to 9 607.1 Million BGN while the imports from the EU increased by 0.3% and reached 9 817.8 Million BGN.
In March 2019 the exports to the EU increased by 2.9% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year and amounted to 3 274.3 Million BGN while the imports dropped by 1.7% and added up to 3 586.0 Million BGN.
