The housing prices were increased by 2.7% in the third quarter of 2023 compared to the previous quarter. The highest increase was recorded in Ruse (+8.6%), followed by Burgas (+4.0%) and Sofia (+3.8%). The decrease was registered in Plovdiv (-2.9%) and Stara Zagora (-2.3%).
In the third quarter of 2023, compared to the third quarter of 2022, the housing prices rose by 9.2%.
