The National Statistical Institute is a reliable and active partner, both within the European Statistical System (ESS) and in other international organizations, including the United Nations (UN), the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Membership in international scientific organizations such as the International Statistical Institute (ISI) and the International Association for Official Statistics (IAOS) is an important aspect of NSI’s international activity which facilitates adopting good practices and promoting the production and publication of high-quality official statistics.
