In November 2021, during the continuing epidemic situation, 1 569 accommodation establishments - hotels, motels, camping sites, mountain chalets and other establishments for short-term accommodation with more than 10 bed-places, functioned in the country. The total number of the rooms in them was 46.7 thousand and the bed-places were 93.7 thousand. In comparison with November 2020, the total number of accommodation establishments (functioned during the period) increased by 4.0% and the bed-places in them - by 2.4%.
The total number of nights spent in all accommodation establishments registered in November 2021 was 431.1 thousand, or by 38.4% more in comparison with the same month of the previous year.
The total revenues from nights spent in November 2021 increased by 61.2% compared to November 2020 and reached 25.8 million BGN.
