Born on July 12, 1973 in the town of Kardzhali.
In 1991, he completed his secondary education at ‘Otets Paisiy’ high school with focus on nature and mathematics, Kardzhali.
In March 2001, he graduated from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia /UNWE/, Faculty of Finance and Accounting, specialty ‘Accounting and Control’.
In 2009 he received Master’s degree in ‘Law’ from South-West University ‘Neofit Rilski’ in Blagoevgrad. In 2010 he acquired full legal capacity under Art. 294 of the Judicial System Act.
From 1996 to 1999, he worked as bank accountant ‘Deposit and credit activity’ at DSK Bank.
From 1999 to 2003, he was manager at commercial companies.
From 2003 to 2021, he worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he held various positions, including Head of ‘Combating Economic Crime’ Sector and Head of the Kardzhali Police station.
In 2022, he worked as ‘Information Security Officer’ at the Registry Agency.
In January 2023, he started working at the National Statistical Institute as Chief expert at ‘Security of information, Information and Communication Technologies and DM’ Division (SIICT&DM).
In June 2023, he was appointed as Head of ‘Security of information, Information and Communication Technologies and DM Division’, under the direct authority of the President of the National Statistical Institute.
In April 2024 he was appointed as Director of the ‘General Administration’ Directorate.
