She graduated from the ‘Georgi Sava Rakovski’ Technical School of Construction in Vratsa with a subject ‘Construction and Architecture’. She holds a master degree from the University of Architecture, Construction and Geodesy, majoring in ‘Industrial and Civil Engineering’. Additional qualification - licensed Property Valuer.
She began her professional experience in the Sofia Municipality - ‘Slatina’ District in 1994 to 2009, successively occupying the positions of expert in the ‘State Properties’ Department, chief expert and head of the ‘Management of Municipal Property and Housing Fund’ Department.
From 2009 to 2011, she worked at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works as a chief expert in the ‘Finance and Property Management’ Directorate.
From 2011 to 2018, she held the position of Head of the ‘Property Management’ Department at Bulgarian National Television.
She worked from 2019 to 2022 as head of the ‘Property Management’ Department at the Registry Agency to the Minister of Justice.
She joined the team of the National Statistical Institute in May 2022 as head of the ‘Property Management and Maintenance’ Department after a competition held.

The Property Management and Maintenance Department (PMM) shall perform the following activities:

1. plan, organize and supervise capital expenditure and construction and repair works within the NSI system in accordance with the investment policy of NSI;

2. plan, organize and supervise the management, the maintenance and the protection of property and assets of NSI's in recreation centers in the town of Primorsko, in the town of Kiten and “Borovets” resort;

3. arrange for the inventory of assets in the NSI’s HO and procedures for their scrapping and liquidation;

4. organize transport services, maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet of NSI and supervise costs and reports on fuels;

5. organize the procedures on rental property, or renting part of them - public and private state property allocated for management of the NSI;

6. arrange insurance of real estate of the NSI and movable property allocated for management to the NSI’s HO;

7. monitor the implementation of the contracts related to property of the NSI’s HO;

8. organize and provide cleaning and shall be liable for sanitary and hygienic conditions in the administrative buildings of NSI’s HO (high and low bodies) and courtyard;

9. organize and conduct holiday activities of the employees in the NSI’s recreation centers in the town of Primorsko, in the town of Kiten and “Borovets” resort;

10. organize and conduct economic activity in the NSI’s recreation centers in the town of Primorsko, in the town of Kiten and “Borovets” resort;

11. organize occupational safety and health activities in the NSI system.
