Born on 3 May 1986 in Lovech.
 
Education:
In 2005 he graduated from the Vocational High School of Computer Technologies and Systems, specialty ‘Computer Systems Technician with acquired second degree of professional qualification’ - Pravets.
In 2009 - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems and Technologies - Technical University of Sofia.
In 2012 - Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Technologies - Technical University of Sofia.
 
Professional Experience:
In the period 2011 - 2016 - installations and applications support specialist at one of the largest international internet providers in the country - ITD Network.
In the period 2016 - 2020 - computer networks and systems specialist at CENTILLION - a company manufacturing electronic modules in the medical, aviation and satellite technology fields.
In the period 2020 - 2022 - Senior expert in the Information Services and Technology Directorate at the Registry Agency.
In November 2022, he was appointed as a senior expert in the ‘Information and Communication Infrastructure’ Department, ‘Information Systems and Infrastructure’ Directorate at the National Statistical Institute.
As of November 2023, he holds the position of Head of Information and Communication Infrastructure Department.

The Information and Communication Infrastructure Department (ICI) shall perform the following activities:

1. plan and prepare proposals for timely update and purchase new equipment and system software;

2. perform installation and system administration of servers of information systems in the NSI;

3. administer and monitor the servers in the Information Center of the NSI;

4. administer, maintain and monitor the communication infrastructure in the NSI;

5. provide information security of information and communication infrastructure in the NSI;

6. install the necessary software and support personal computers and printers in the NSI;

7. install and maintain copying equipment of the NSI;

8. support telephone network.
