On November 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the premises of the NSI, under the chairmanship of Prof. Hristina Vucheva a meeting of the National Statistical Council (NSC), which is the highest advisory body in the field of statistics at the national level, will be held.
The Report on the implementation of the National Statistical Programme and the Activity of the NSI in 2016 will be presented and discussed at the meeting.
The Draft National Statistical Programme for 2017, prepared by the NSI which reflects the national and European requirements and is consistent with the priorities set out within the five-year European statistical programme 2013 - 2017 will be reviewed at the meeting.
The amendment of the Rules on the National Statistical Council will be another main issue at the meeting.
