The European Statistical System (ESS) has launched its Facebook page, “European Statistics”, where it will provide users with an easier access to European statistics by presenting and explaining them in an understandable way.
The ESS includes the 28 EU Member States and the countries that belong to the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. In partnership, ESS members are responsible for the development, production and dissemination of European statistics.
The page “European Statistics” will be used to share new dissemination tools, such as digital publications, infographics, visualisations and videos, jointly developed by members of the ESS.
Comments and feedback received from users are welcome and will be taken into account while working on future dissemination tools and products.
