The results of the first stage of Action 2 “Development of an instrument for quality management in the National Statistical Institute” were presented on an official ceremony on the 24th April 2015 at the premises of the NSI. The system is in relation to the project entitled: “Improving the quality of services for citizens and businesses, establishment and implementation of clear, credible and unified procedures for development of electronic services through the implementation of a system for quality management according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard”, funded by the Operational Programme "Administrative Capacity", co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
The ceremony was attended by the top management of the NSI, the project management team and representatives of the consortium running part of the project activities - DZZD “Consortium Deloitte Audit Ltd. and Bul SI Ltd. - Management Systems”. After a short presentation of the activities and results achieved, the project manager of the contractor submitted to the President of the NSI - Mr. Tsvetarsky the full package of documents developed under the project.
