The NSI annual electronic bilingual publication Crimes and Persons Convicted 2011, containing data on crimes with penalty inflicted is available for users of statistical information. The issue includes data about the activity of regional, district and martial courts in penal cases of a general, private and administrative nature. Comparable data on crimes with penalty inflicted, as well as persons convicted with sentences in force for 1989 - 2011 period are also shown.

National Statistical Institute of Bulgaria informs users of statistical information that the volume 1 - 2/2012 of Statistics Journal is available. The issue is only in Bulgarian (summary in English and Russian). In this volume are included the following chapters:

The publication contains main data from the five carried out annual comprehensive statistical surveys, which characterizing the activity of educational institutions in Bulgaria for the period from 2007/2008 to 2011/2012 school (academic) years.

The National Statistical Institute presents to users of statistical information the electronic bilingual (Bulgarian/English) publication Average Prices and Purchased Quantities of Main Foods and Non-Foods by Households for the 2001 - 2011 Period.

The National Statistical Institute presents the issued annual bilingual (Bulgarian-English) publication Book-publishing and Press 2011.

The publication contains statistical information on the development of publishing activity in Bulgaria by main indicators for 2011. The data for books and pamphlets are for the first nine months of 2011. Data for last three months of 2011 will be included in the survey in 2012.

The National Statistical Institute informs users of statistical information that the annual bilingual (Bulgarian/English) publication Environment 2010 (on CD) is already available. The publication contains environmental data from NSI statistical surveys in 2010. The main indicators are presented for the 2005 - 2010 period.
