In the second quarter of 2015, the municipal authorities issued building permits for construction of 1 140 residential buildings with 3 455 dwellings, of 44 administrative buildings/offices and 1 275 other buildings. The construction of 847 residential buildings with 3 630 dwellings, of 27 administrative buildings/offices and 657 other buildings was started.
