Born on November 10, 1970 in Yambol.
In 1988, he completed his secondary education at ‘Atanas Radev’ Mathematics High School in Yambol.
In 1993, he obtained a master's degree in ‘Computing Technology’, specialty ‘Military Cybernetics’ at the Higher Military School for Artillery and Air Defense ‘Panayot Volov’ - Shumen.
His professional path began in the town of Yambol, where he was responsible for the maintenance of the Field Automated Control System (ASUV) of the 7th Motor Rifle Division.
For eleven years from 1993 to 2004, he was at management positions in the structures of the Ground Forces and the General Staff. He participated in the construction and maintenance of:
- WAN and LAN communication infrastructures of the 7th Motor Rifle Division;
- AIS of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Army;
- NS WAN of NATO in Bulgaria.
For 14 years he worked in leading Bulgarian IT companies as a manager in the field of information and communication technologies. He participated in various projects including:
- Technical manager for BTC digitization;
- Development and maintenance of the network for exploring the airspace of Bulgaria;
- Proposing solutions in the field of ‘Security and Defense’.
In the period from June 2019 to July 2021 he was Director of the ‘Information Service and Technologies’ Directorate at the Registry Agency.
For 2 years he was System Administrator first degree at the ‘Management and Maintenance of PHPC’ Department at State e-Government Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria.
From September 2023 to the present, he is at the position Director of the ‘Information Systems and Infrastructure’ Directorate.
