In November 2022, 2 072 accommodation establishments - hotels, motels, camping sites, mountain chalets and other establishments for short-term accommodation with more than 10 bed-places, functioned in the country with 57.5 thousand rooms and 118.3 thousand bed-places in them. In comparison with November 2021, the total number of accommodation establishments (functioned during the period) increased by 32.1% and the bed-places in them - by 26.3%.
The total number of nights spent in all accommodation establishments in November 2022 was 855.0 thousand, or by 98.3% more in comparison with the same month of the previous year.
In November 2022, the number of arrivals in all accommodation establishments increased by 97.4% compared to the same month of 2021, and reached 402.6 thousand.
The total revenues from nights spent in November 2022 reached 61.2 million BGN, as 39.2 million BGN were from Bulgarian residents and 22.0 million BGN - from non-residents.
