The Industrial Production Index decreased by 3.2% in November 2023 compared to the previous month. The data are preliminary and seasonally adjusted.
A decrease was seen in the mining and quarrying industry - by 5.6%, in the manufacturing - by 2.7%, and in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 1.8%.
In comparison with November 2022, a decline of 10.9% was registered in the calendar-adjusted Industrial Production Index.
On an annual basis, a drop in the Industrial Production Index was observed in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 27.0%, in the mining and quarrying industry - by 12.3%, and in the manufacturing - by 7.9%.
